National Research Moscow State Construction University has long been one of the leading technical universities in the Russian Federation. It specializes in the training architects and builders. At the moment the university provides training in 15 areas of bachelor’s degree, 2 – specialist, 8 – master’s degree, 10 – postgraduate. The total number of students approaches 15 thousand. There is also a military training center. In addition, the university has fourteen dormitories.
Location of dormitories: Mytishchi, North-Eastern, Central and Southern AO of Moscow. The dormitories have 6,314 places, the number of students in the areas: 69.83% – “Construction Engineering and Technology”, 11.58% – “Economics and Management”, 6.5% – “Architecture”. 70.2% of students study on a budget, 29.8% on a fee-paying basis, and the majority are full-time students. 85% of MSCU graduates are employed in the first year after graduation.
